Sausage and Bean Ragout

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
This recipe is great. I love the fresh taste and that it's hearty without being too heavy. In order for the pasta to cook thoroughly, I turned up the heat after adding it to the recipe. I added some wine for good measure.

Great base recipe. Added more garlic, andouille sausage, and a good amount of Zaterains seasoning.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. It was super easy to make and really good. Since I can't eat dairy, I made half without cream cheese and it was still good (though I have a suspicion that my husband's was better).

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
This tastes more like a shortbread to me, but it's easy and made of ingredients that I had in the cupboard. I added lemon and put a dollop of raspberry jam on top.
