Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Simple and tasty. Definitely a keeper. You can add potatoes and carrots but I just made mashed potatoes and a salad and this was perfect. I did brown the roast that I seasoned with flour, pepper and garlic powder before placing in the slow cooker but I don't think this is necessary.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze
YUMMY, is all I can say. I made these to go on top of "Seasoned Turkey Burgers" and put swiss cheese on top "reduced fat cheese" and they were very tasty. I could of ate the mushrooms alone they are soooooo good.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers
I made these with a little less soy sauce and onion soup mix because I added the "Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze" on top and a slice of swiss cheese, and I was afraid it would be too much salt. They came out very tasty.. a little dry but I thought maybe I cooked them a bit too long.
