WOW WOW!! This is hubby and my favorite preparation for broccoli. We have it at least 2-3 times a week, it's that good, and makes eating broccoli such a pleasure! There is never any leftover and I can't say I've ever experienced that with my past broccoli cooking, haha. I follow the recipe exactly, except I sometimes add a dash more brown sugar and serve cashews on the side since hubby doesn't like them. Also I steam the broccoli, which makes it come out a little more al dente which is how we prefer and also the nutrients are conserved this way (vs pouring them down the sink with the drained water). This recipe makes me excited to cook and eat broccoli!
