Key Lime Cookies I

Fantastic cookies! I the batter is more cake-batter-like, but using a cookie dropper (tiny sized ice cream scoop) made things easy. I made the cookies exactly as the recipe calls for and they were perfect. I frosted them lightly with a cream cheese frosting.

The Best Lemon Bars

These were so good! I made them in a slightly smaller pan for a thicker bar. Also, added zest from one lemon and a teaspoon lemon extract. WOW!

World's Best Lasagna

Delightful. I used a full pound of ground beef, crushed tomatoes with Italian seasoning, tomato paste with tomato pesto, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar 9in addition to the white sugar)... I think the extra sweetness is nice to contrast the salty cheese. Also, did NOT cook the noodles at all prior, just added extra sauce, it worked fine!

Peanut Butter Fudge III

Very good! Added tiny chocolate chips on top as it was cooling to add more flavor dimension. Next time would even layer them inside the fudge, as it is a lot of just one flavor.

Key Lime Pie VII

Absolutely delicious recipe! Divided it into mini pies with the tiny pre made graham cracker crusts and it was a hit. Will definitely make this recipe again!

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

This was divine! I highly recommend adding 1/2 tablespoon each allspice and cinnamon to the apple mix, then adding 1 tablespoon each allspice and cinnamon to the topping. Obviously, I like a lot of spices, so you could adjust to your taste. I also did not have cranberries so added raisins.
