Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Muffins

Yum! Thanks so much for the recipe! There were a couple of things I did differently...I didn't have unsweetened applesauce, so I used regular. I used 1/2 cup of honey instead of white sugar, my milk was 2% rather than skim and I love vanilla so I tossed in a tsp of that. The muffins turned out moist and delicious!

Quick Yeast Rolls

I wish there were more stars to give these rolls!!! I just got them out of the oven and they are fantastic!! I followed the recipe exactly. The only change I made was to cook them for 9 minutes instead of 10 because I used a dark pan. My only worry is trying not to eat them all tonight.

Brie Cheese Appetizer

Wow!!! I could have eaten the entire appetizer by myself. It was amazing! I used crescent rolls (so easy) for my wrapping. The egg wash really helped hold everything together. And I followed the advice of one reviewer who put the brie in the freezer for a half hour before slicing in half. Such an easy appetizer that looks and tastes like it takes a lot of work! :)

Appetizer Stuffed Mushrooms

I loved reading the reviews beforehand because they helped make these mushrooms delicious! I used 2 tbsp of butter to saute my mushroom stems and onions. I don't like green pepper so I left that out. I didn't cook it until it was dry. Then I mixed in the spices and used Italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of the bread. Then I refrigerated the mixture overnight so all of those flavors could mingle. The next day, I forgot to mix in the Parmesan, but I don't think anybody missed it. My guests loved these mushrooms, even my mother-in-law who doesn't even like mushrooms!! :)

Fantastic Mexican Dip

I mixed the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning the night before and put in the fridge. Yum! The flavor was awesome the next day. I did a couple of things differently. I only had 3/4 of a pound of ground beef so I added a little bit of ground Italian sausage. I didn't use taco sauce. I had some avocados in the fridge so I mashed them up with some salt, pepper and lime juice and added a thick layer in my dip. My cheese was a Mexican 4 cheese blend. And I didn't have any green onions...The dip was delicious. My guests ate it all! :)

Best Bread Machine Bread

I did add extra salt like one reviewer said but otherwise, did this exactly according to the recipe. Delicious bread!!! This is definitely the best bread I've made in my bread machine. THANKS!

Bread Pudding II

Amazing recipe!!! I absolutely love it. This is my first bread pudding and I really don't think you can do this wrong. I had leftover biscuits instead of bread and used canned milk because I didn't have enough regular. This will be my go-to recipe for bread pudding!!! Thank you!! :)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

This has become my "go to" recipe for mashed potatoes. I used other reviewers suggestions and roasted the garlic. I've also sauteed minced garlic before adding it to the potatoes. Even when I forget something, like the garlic or the oregano, these potatoes are delicious!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've been making these cookies for about a year. I've tried some other recipes but this is my go to recipe for an awesome chocolate chip cookie! They turn out delicious every time. The guys that my husband works with love it when I make them because I send about 2 dozen with him and they never make it to lunch. :) Update: I made what I thought was a mistake tonight... I set the oven for 350 instead of 375. I baked the cookies (which I used chocolate fudge instant pudding in) for 13 minutes on my baking stone. I didn't know they could be better than in the past but they are!!

Chocolate Chip Chunk Cookies

My family LOOOOOVED these cookies! The first time I baked them, I added a little bit of water because the dough seemed a little dry. They were a big hit! The second time, I used butter instead of shortening to try to avoid some of the trans fat... they were not nearly as good. This is a great recipe! Thanks Pam!

Wonton Soup

My family loved this recipe! I had never made wonton soup before so it was a new experience. My stepson doesn't like seafood so I left out the shrimp and added more chicken broth for my husband who loves a lot of soup. It was fantastic! I will definitely make this again.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak
