Greek Chicken

I needed a quick meal so I only did step #1 of the directions to prep, I then browned each side of the rolled breasts in a frying pan on top of the stove, then put the whole pan into the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. They were great!

Sticky Sesame Chicken

My family really liked this recipe but I did make some changes. I used half soy sauce and half teryaiki sauce to make up the 1/4c. in the recipe. I also added fresh diced ginger and used orange juice instead of lemon juice. I used this mixture to dip the chicken into and then sprinkled the sesame seeds on top. I then added 1 tbsp. of cornstarch to the mixture and heated it until thick. This was the sauce I spooned over the chicken before putting it into the oven. It was really good served with broccoli and rice.

Soy Ginger Salmon

This was the best salmon marinade I have ever done! My 11 year old who hates salmon couldn't get enough. I didn't have enough soy sauce on hand so I substituted some teriaki sauce and it came out great!

Savory Chicken Breasts

This recipe was very low effort and turned out great. I did modify it by using sharp cheddar cheese instead of swiss, using 1/2 c. milk, and mixing in some crushed up goldfish crackers with the bread crumbs to make it extra cheesy. There were no leftovers and even my very picky son loved it. I served it with mashed potatoes and cornbread.
