Excellent- but if you want it thicker here's what I did. I didn't use bacon at all. I added 3 tablespoons butter to the onion and cooked until the onions were soft. Added 3 tablespoons flour and slowly whisked in 2 cups chicken broth until thickened. I used the cream style corn plus a can of sweet corn. I added the half and half at the end and it turned out delicious!

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

Baked in oven for 1 hour,let set for 30 minutes. Cut and scooped out center. Brushed with some melted butter and broiled them. Added cheese and bacon then broiled again. YUM!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

This really is a classic recipe for peanut butter cookies. They are crunchy around the outside and soft in the middle. I used a half cup crunchy and a half cup creamy. I thought they had perfect peanut butter flavor.

Peanut Butter Squares

The bar part was sooo tasty. The semi sweet chips on top was slightly too much as it became very hard. I think slightly less would make these perfection and maybe even white chips.
