Best Tuna Casserole
This recipe turned out really good with a little tweaking. Instead of white or yellow onion I used 3/4 cup green onion, fresh sliced mushroom sauteed in 1 tbsp butter until golden brown, added one soup can milk and 3/4 cup starched water from the cooked noodles, 2 tsp Lawry's garlic salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. It came out with a very nice wet to dry ratio and wonderful flavor. My son said "I wish I could come home to this every day."

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I love the flavor and for the most part, its quite moist. However, my issue is the crust of the bread cooks way too fast as compared to the middle making the bottom and sides very crunchy. Then when cutting into the bread the sides and bottom are noticeably darker than the center and top of the bread. I follow the direction exactly and have tried different bread pans with the same results. The flavor is amazing and everyone really likes it but I just can't get past the sides and bottom being so over done. EDIT: After reducing the temp of the oven by 30°F and cooking 15 minutes longer, the "crust" issue is no longer an issue. Changing from 4 stars to 5 with this fix!!I should also add that I mash the bananas and mix them in rather than slicing them.

Soft Dinner Rolls
I have tried a few roll recipes and failed miserably until now! These were the easiest rolls to make and the best tasting. They came out soft and fluffy and looked beautiful! These will now be my go-to recipe for dinner rolls!
