About this Cook
What can I say I am a strange lady with way too much time on my hands. I am a mix of old Victorian fashion, dark gloomy Goth and, strange unsettling ideas. I love to cook and eat, read books, and knit. I don't like the modern world too much but I am willing to use it to make my life easier. Yep, I am lazy and fat. But if you don't like it GO AWAY!!!!!!! I prefer to stay by myself with my dolls and leave the world to its own devices, but I also have been told to get out there more, so here I am.

Peanut Butter, Bacon and Honey Sandwich
Buckwheat honey if you have some of that and don't know what to do with it this recipe if perfect for it. It is strong enough to stand up to the bacon and peanut butter without getting lost like some jave said the honey did. Talk about YUMMY with buckwheat honey and thick cut twice smoked bacon I did not even miss the PB when I tan out.

Sourdough Tomato Bread
I use sun-dried tomato paste from a tube to give it a stronger tomato flavor. Still its not very strong thats the only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star recipe. I want a tomato bread that can stand up to my pesto butter.

Hungarian Braided White Bread
This is my go to bread recipe, when I have to have a great bread that works. It tastes great and I have no problem with it ever, so I use it a lot. Love it. I also have used salt instead of poppy seeds for a different taste.
