Summer Squash Chicken Alfredo
Fantastic. Used the Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce recipe on this site (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-and-easy-alfredo-sauce/Detail.aspx). Didn't have almonds, and I substituted chopped fresh tomatoes for sun-dried because that's all I had, but the fresh tomatoes were actually a really nice and light counterpoint to the overall heaviness of the dish. Will definitely make again (and again).
