Yummy! I have made these two times and they have been slightly different each time but delicious either way. My kids, ages 6, 2.5, and 1.5 all ate them and that's always a good thing for me. I think there are a lot of different ingredients that could be added but they are perfect the way the recipe is written.
**I make these at least twice a month now and am still experimenting. I like to saute the onions in 1/4 cup of butter and then wilt the fresh spinach in the same pan. I then add it all to the other ingredients and bake. For me this technique brings the results that my family likes the most.
