Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Classic Waffles

I don't know... I used half whole wheat half white and replaced the butter with canola oil, so perhaps I shouldn't judge. But that's a pretty standard replacement for me and it does not usually affect results. The batter was a bit gummy and the end product was a kind of tough consistency. I did not stir much at all so I don't think that's it.

These are good! I actually replaced the egg with 1/4 c applesauce and the butter with coconut oil, and cut back on the sugar for my vegan husband.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I used only a cup of sugar, 2 t cinnamon, 2 cups whole wheat flour and 1 regular, and replaced veg oil with coconut oil. er, don't cook in a bread machine that was a disaster.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts

No ingredient changes! Which is really saying something for me. I did use half the oil and half the orzo. The orzo was a little over-cooked at 8 minutes. But yum, and so QUICK.

Spicy Shrimp and Red Bean Soup

I don't use/like canned soup, so I used this Cream Soup Base (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Cream-Soup-Base/Detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Thumb&e11=cream%20soup%20base&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Recipe) instead, with half the butter. Forgot the garlic and my tomatoes did not have green chiles, but still DELICIOUS. I put in asparagus too, did not add water.
