WOW! This is yummy! I added a teenie bit of Nutmeg, halved the OJ and the result is soooo good! Per another reviewers suggestion I added a few extra marshmallows within as "surprises". Will make again, thanks!

Awesome we LOVED this! The sour cream was the real winning ingredient in this dish! WOW!!! What flavor!!! Way better than Ricotta! I did put the sauce on the pasta then the cheese as other reviews suggested. I also used ground Italian seasoned Turkey. Will make again, thanks!

Sausage and Apple Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
This was my first attempt at a Breakfast Casserole and it turned out great! I used twice the apples, Jimmy Dean Maple flavored sausage and used raisin bread instead of French bread, as another reviewer had suggested. I drizzled maple syrup over mine as I have a SWEET tooth. My boyfriend - who is more for savory - preferred his without syrup and had THREE helpings. He LOVED this, haha. I will be making this again, I may even add some raisins next time as they were sooooo good in the bread. This dish did taste best once it "sat" for about 15-20 mins out off the oven. Looking forward to having this again on Christmas morning, thanks.

HOLY SMOKES THIS WAS DELICIOUS!! I followed the recipe exactly and the result was DELICIOUS! We could not stop eating it. After cleaning our plates my boyfriend and I had several extra heaping fork-fulls right out of the baking-dish. What a GREAT dish, this would be ideal at Thanksgiving! THANK YOU!!!

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
OMG I LOVE THIS RECIPE! This is an example of a recipe that does NOT need ANY changes -- it is PERFECT as is! I followed the directions to a "T" and these were some of the most DELICIOUS PORK CHOPS I have EVER had! They tasted liked I'd picked them up in a restaurant and looked so wonderful with that crispy sear. My boyfriend was seriously impressed that *I* a novice cook made him such a delicious, mouth-watering meal! He even offered to take me out to dessert after we finished, haha! THANK YOU!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
I wasn't looking for a low-fat dish, I was looking for a dish to impress and filled with flavor and so I followed the recipe all the way -- heavy cream included! -- and it was delicious! I did sneak in about 1/2 an onion, but not because the recipe needed an onion, just because I LOVE onion with my potatoes. :>) This was SOOO good. I used 2 cups cheddar, sliced provolone & topped it off with the grated parm. You really don't need to change a thing, it tastes GREAT as is. Thank you for a YUMMY dish, it's a keeper!

Cuban Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
This was quite flavorful and I liked the zest from the lime. I mostly did follow the recipe to a T and I liked the taste very much. My only tiny addition was the use of 2 garlic cloves vs one. I used thin chops and they cooked ultra fast, like 4 mins per side. I only made 3 chops and I ran out of seasoning after two, I would recommend making twice the amount of seasoning if you are making more than two servings. I served this with fried Plantains... yummy! Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

Yogurt Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
Oh my I actually LOVED this! The lemon gave the chicken such a tasty zesty flavor & the yogurt was SO good, the chicken turned out moist & flavorful. My boyfriend really liked it. : ) I am adding this one to my recipe box to make again. Note: I followed the instructions to a 'T' my only small addition was 2 lemons and I tossed two cloves of crushed up garlic into the pan with the chicken & butter so they all baked together. The chicken was really flavorful! THANKS!!!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
These are REALLY tasty and EASY to make. I made one chop for myself for lunch. It was so yummy that I made 3 more to share with my boyfriend for dinner. He LOVED the coating, so did I! I used the Veggie Garlic/Herb Ritz, they turned out REALLY good. Per other reviews: I used about half the recommended butter and sprinkled leftover cracker crumbs onto of the the chops with the limited butter - they turned out nice & crispy, not soggy at all. I also took the cover off for the final 15 mins in the oven. I highly recommend using THIN pork chops! Nice recipe, thanks, I will use again!

Parmesan and Parsley Sausage Ball Appetizer

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
This did not turn out well for me... granted I am a novice cook, but I followed the instructions to a T. If you make these spread them WAY apart on the baking sheet because they grow HUGE due to the biscuit mix. Also they were brown on the outside and hard but really mushy and sticky on the inside...impossible to tell if they were done because of SO much cheese. They smell good, taste okay but were way too hard. My boyfriend wasn't about to go get seconds...I would put a lot LESS cheese in next time.
