Cabbage Balushka or Cabbage and Noodles
My family is not big on onions but I do use onion powder. (I think it's a texture issue.) I had half of a cabbage left in the fridge, which I chopped coleslaw-style in my Ninja. This turned out better than I had hoped! (I even pieced on the leftovers as I cleaned up dinner.)I paired this with chicken and most everyone ate without complaint! (With 5 children that's an accomplishment~) I will be making this again!

Tortillas II
These turned out really well. I doubled the recipe for my family of 7 and there were no leftovers. I did add more shortening, till it resembled coarse crumbs and did not need the full 2 cups water. Perhaps the extra shortening changed the consistency, but the dough ended up like pie dough. It was easy to handle and worked well for our soft tacos, although I ended up eating mine with a fork. It still tasted good and I will be making these again!

Granny's Cherokee Casserole
This was a great base! I know many get frustrated with reviews that deviate from the recipe, but I appreciate review variations that use ingredients I have on hand. I was looking for a way to use my abundant garden tomatoes. As I was dicing four 3" tomatoes, my 10-yr-old begged me to puree them instead. I used onion powder along with the garlic powder. I didn't have thyme or oregano. I covered the casserole with shredded cheese and my family loved it! My 10-yr-old even went back for seconds! She did add ketchup, but that's usual! I will be making this again~
