Home Made Farmer's Cheese
Thank you for this recipe and helpful reviews. I moved to Oklahoma where soft farmer's cheese wasn't available. This saves one of my family's best recipes. I used white vinegar. 1c per gallon of whole milk. I let it sit as suggested for about 8 minutes and it made about a pound of cheese. It was mild and a tad sweet. No vinegar flavor and all pure whey left. Love it!

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice
This was excellent and easy to do. Thank you for sharing. I followed the recipe except for the orange zest, which I just didn't have.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is one of our favorite recipes. Over the past few servings of this, however, the recipe has evolved. We sprinkle the fish with garlic salt first. Then, I use 1 cup parm and 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, about 1 tablespoon lemon juice with zest and it's much richer. I also add 1-2 cloves of garlic. Save the cream cheese for less calories, but not as filling. This recipes topping amount usually isn't enough for us. So glad to have found this! Thank you.
