Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops

I thought this recipe was good but didn't care for the orange juice in the marinade. It made it on the sweet side. Next time I might try it with lemon juice as one reviewer suggested.

California Salad Bowl

My whole family loved this recipe. I took the suggestions of others and cut down on the mayo and oil and it was not oily at all for us. I also added a little water to thin it a bit. I think I would use black olives next time as it does resemble a taco salad. A keeper for us.

Under the Sea Salad

For some reason, the top layer didn't firm up. I also didn't like the fact that the jello was salty.
