I love this soup, but the credit from this recipe should be given to the creator: Todd Wilbur from Top Secret Recipes.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
Incredible cake! I used Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa and followed the recipe to a 'T'. I made raspberry filling for between the layers and a ganache frosting for the top which was delicious. (I can't wait to try it with a mocha or orange filling) It was just the right texture, not too dry or dense like other homemade cake recipes. Will definitely make again! Thanks for a great 'keeper'!

Marinated Flank Steak

Very good! We had some friends over to eat this with us and everyone loved it. My four year old didn't particularly care for it but my seven year old really liked it.

Baked Asiago Frittata

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
Pretty good! I served this for my dad's 66th birthday brunch and everyone loved it. I added garlic salt for the table salt (we love garlic) and really made no other changes. Loved the asiago cheese!Would definitely make again.

Turkey Skillet Supper

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2007
This was very good! I did make a few changes due to lack of ingredients. I used minced garlic, garlic and oregano tomatoes and extra salt and pepper. I omitted the green pepper and sour cream and added reduced fat shredded mexican cheese to the top. It was a great recipe for my diet. The kids and my husband also gave it a thumbs up!

Light, Crisp Waffles

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
Very good, light and crisp waffles! I added about 1/4 c. ground cinnamon, we like lots of cinnamon, and my kids and I loved them. Hubby didn't get to try them, but said that they smelled delicious. Great recipe, thanks!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2005
These were very good cookies...I did have trouble with the dough being crumbly, but I was still able to roll them into balls and they tasted great. I didn't add the pecans (my kids don't like nuts) and substituted almond extract for the coconut extract.

Kate's Light n' Fluffy Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2005
I thought these were GREAT, although a lot of work. They were very light and fluffy and also crisp which for me was great! (I have a belgian waffle maker and can't always find crisp waffle recipes) My husband gave them 4 stars and my daughters both loved them. I did make a few adjustments due to lack of ingredients: I used regular buttermilk and added it after combining the wet and dry ingredients and also used a cup of regular chocolate chips. If you like very sweet waffles, these would not be for you...the chocolate chips supply most of the flavor and sweetness. Thanks for a great recipe!
