bland. not edible. tasted like pure parmesan. nothing else. and i even added a squeeze of fresh lemon, and 4+ cloves garlic and still it was runny bland .

Tacos in Pasta Shells
Wonderful concept, but it would have been bland without additional spices. I put 2 T of medium hot chili powder, 2 t oregano, 2 t cayenne, 1 t salt, 2 t garlic powder and 2 t onion powder. used 2.5 cans of meijer red enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce. 1 can for layer underneath shells and 1.5 cans for on top of shells. I used lean ground turkey (1 lb) and a full package of fat free cream cheese and it only made enough to stuff about 13 shells so next time I will double the meat and use 2 full pkgs cream cheese. topped with chopped fresh cilantro, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and chopped green onion and served with fat free re fried beans . I also made this before I went to work, popped in my fridge and when I got home I took out of fridge and preheated the oven. Easy dinner! and delicious :]
