Chicken Biscuit Potpie

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
I didn't use the thyme... not sure if it would have made that much of a difference. But when I cooked the chicken I added most of the seasonings there.. It came out pretty darn good! Probably could have used more salt but I prefer less than more... Thanks!

Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

loved these! And you really could top them with anything! I had coconut pecan icing... I heated it up with some chocolate chunks that melted nicely with it and just plopped it on! Delicious!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
I followed the recipe and can say I finally made my first salmon and it was delicious! Thank You! and the other reviews helped too.. I put it in the broiled for about 3 minutes. But that didnt seem like too much of a necessity... the flavor was soooooo good! THANK YOU! And my mother always has a comment/criticism to make... and all she said was... the salmon came out really good... alot of flavor. (it was also a stab at my pasta... but this dish made it all come together!)

Pumpkin Fritters

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
I customized these since I didnt have curry (and honestly not too fond of it). I added another half a can of pumpkin bc it tasted like everyone said... floury. 1 cup white sugar; 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. And when frying them I made them acorn sized and when I took them out I put them on a papertowel and placed another over them to absorb that extra grease every spoke about. So my end result?... Pumpkin Pie Fritters =)
