This is a really good base recipe. I cook the quinoa in veggie broth or a third of a piece of veggie boullion. Also, i forego the hot sauce and add paprika and cayenne. Added some garlic powder, green onions corn and jalapeno and mexican 4 cheese. Turned out amazing!
