World's Best Pasta Sauce!
Made the lasagna for the first time 10 years ago, and I've been using this sauce recipe ever since. It's perfect, everyone raves! Sometimes I add 1/4 t red pepper flakes to give it more punch (I love spicy food).

Bachelor Grilled Cheese
I remember my mom showing me how to make these when I was about 4 years old... it's what got me interested in cooking as a kid! We would toast the bread, and then butter the insides before adding the cheese. Assemble (dry side out), cover with a paper towel, and then microwave for 30 seconds to melt the butter and the cheese. My freshman year of college, my roommates and I held some great girls' night dinner parties in our dorm room: snuck-in bottles of wine and "grown-up" versions of these with turkey/gruyere/cranberry, ham/apple/brie, etc... they were a big success among the "we have no stove to cook with" set ;)

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip
This dip is so good! I make it with all ingredients as listed, but instead of baking it I cook it in a crockpot for a few hours... This makes it smooth, creamy, and wonderful! On The Border medium salsa seems to work the best for this, very chunky with just a hint of sweet.
