Baby Back Ribs

I couldnt believe how simple and easy this was to make good ribs. I found it works a little better with the larger spare ribs -vs- babyback ribs. I also broiled it the last 20 minutes to get a nicer flavor

D'Amaretti Biscotti

Very good and very easy - I also substituted the orange zest for lemon and almond extract for anise and added a handfull of chocolate chips. Brought these to work and they were DEVOURED!

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

This came out like garbage. 6-8 hours was definately too long - as it disintegrated my chicken. This prob would not be bad in the oven - but not especially suitable for the slow cooker.
