This was easy, but the canned soup made it salty. I can't imagine how much saltier it would have been with beef bouillon or onion soup mix. Once I mixed in egg noodles, some of the saltiness disappeared. Since I added fresh mushrooms, I may try the Healthy Request mushroom soup next time. It did take some tweaking before I got to the flavor I was looking for. I added some sweet paprika, then some garlic, then some sour cream, then (just a smidgen of dill and brown mustard). This seems to be a good basic recipe, but you'll need to season it to your taste. It seemed quite bland before that.
