Potato Latkes I

I was apprehensive at first because of the frying, it seems like every time I fry something it turns into a disaster. But this went surprisingly well, and they taste good! Like hash browns. I think next time I'll use the cheese grater to get the potatoes more shredded. Definitely will try this again!

Blueberry French Toast

This was phenomenal! Everybody loved it at my church group. I made some of the suggested changes (lemon juice in sauce, cinnamon in mixture with bread), and I will have to make this again. SO delicious!

Valentine's Pie

Great if you want something quick and easy. I made this to "woo" my boyfriend into my arms (or so he says). Followed the recipe to the letter, was perfect as is.
