THIS RECIPE IS THE GREATEST!!! IT IS EASY TO PREPARE AND FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE. I TOOK TWO 9 X 13 PANS TO WORK YESTERDAY AND IT WAS GONE IN 45 MINUTES. I GAVE OUT 15 COPIES OF THE RECIPE. MAKES THE HOUSE SMELL WONDERFUL. TODAY, COWORKERS ASKED IF I HAD PREPARED MORE FOR TODAY. GREAT RECIPE TO MAKE WITH KIDS. WONDERFULLY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. USE THE "SIMPLY POTATOES" IN THE REFRIDGERATOR SECTION. I ALSO ADDED CHOPPED GREEN CHILI. IT CAN BE SERVED HOT OR COLD; FOR BREAKFAST, BRUNCH, SUPPER OR SNACK. TASTES GREAT, AND HAS BEEN A HIT WITH EVERYONE. A BEAUTIFUL DISH THAT WILL GET THE COOK MUCH DESERVED ATTENTION.

Oh So Tender Brisket

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2003
This is "THE BEST". Flavor and tenderness are wonderful. I use the crockpot. No fuss and no mess. If brisket is not on sale, I use a roast. I use leftovers for burritos, enchiladas, and in my potato soup.

Grand Oranges

Reviewed: May 19, 2003
This recipe captures the tastes of decadence, luxury and sophistication that will make any ordinary occasion special. Recipe is simple to prepare and will label the chef a gourmet. Buy the best oranges you can buy and purchase the orange liquer in a minature. An incredible winner that I will prepare over and over again.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL AND GREAT TASTING DISH. I USED 1 BAG OF FROZEN BLACK EYED PEAS. I ALSO USED LEAN, THICK CUT BACON AND ONCE THE CHOWDER WAS COMPLETED ADDED THE COOKED BACON BACK IN. A DISH THAT CAN NOT BE FULLY APPRECIATED UNLESS YOU COOK IT A COUPLE OF DAYS AHEAD OF TIME. VERY EASY TO PREPARE.
