Sea Bass Cuban Style

This is my go-to recipe. It's easy, it's healthy and it's delicious! I always get raves when I serve this...and I don't cook much. I use tilapia as a sub since it's cheaper and readily available in my neck of the woods (South Florida) But any mild white fish would probably do. A definite keeper!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Great easy recipe. I made this for a work holiday party and everyone wanted the recipe. I made a lowfat version with lowfat cheese, soup, mayo and cooking spray and it still came out great. I cut the mayo in half and added a half can more of soup to cut the mayo taste. I also added fresh baby portobello mushrooms and spicy ceasoning.

Egg Salad III

Tzatziki VII

This was my first time making this, but I chose this recipe from the others because I thought it would be a better consistency and I'm not a fan of mint. It came out great. Just like my favorite greek restaurant. I'm making it again tonight. I think draining the yogurt is essential for the correct texture. By the way...I made it with low-fat yogurt and nobody could tell

Potato Latkes I

Made these for a holiday dinner for guests that were not familiar with latkes. I got raves. The recipe calls for 3 eggs and many reported 1 was enough. I decided to take the middle road and use 2. I also used veg oil. They came out great! I will make these again.

French Toast I

I always use egg bread "Challah" when making french toast. This was passed down from my grandmother and probably further than that. Try it. You'll love the results!

Mussels Mariniere

I hadn't had mussels for a while. They were on sale at my grocery store so I got some. I figured some white wine and what I had in my pantry would suffice. Perfect. I used dry herbs since I wasn't really planning on making this and it still turned out yummy.
