I will never cook whole chicken any other way. Butter flying it was simple. This is terrific, easy and delicious. Thanks for the recipe. I didn't change a thing.

Really good. Fast, easy and delicious. The only thing I did differently was use fresh spinach and added some oregano. Will make over and over again.

I didn't think these pancakes were exceptional, hence the 3 stars.

Smothered Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2015
I made this exactly like written. It was very good and my husband really liked it. I am giving it 4 stars as I didn't think it was fantastic but it is worthy of making again. It was very easy, good presentation and fast. I think next time, I will cut the bacon up in pieces. Thanks Brent.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2014
I would give this 10 stars if I could. It was that good. It is a beautiful dessert and fairly easy to make. I made the recipe as written except I used chocolate wafers for the crust instead of Oreos. I also put parchment paper on the bottom of the spring fold pan and baked the crust 10 minutes, cooled it before adding the filling. I don't know if this step was necessary but that is how I usually do crusts for cheesecakes. My husband loved this. We are not big dessert eaters but this one is heavenly. We had it on Christmas. I froze the half that we haven't eaten since there was just 2 of us. Hopefully it will be just as good.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Just O.K. Given the ingredients, thought this would be great. Not so. I won't make this one again. It wasn't bad, just not a keeper.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2014
This was great! Husband loved it. It was so easy and fast. I took other reviewers advice and dusted the chicken in flour before frying. I used Sriracha hot sauce so only used 1Tablespoon and it was plenty spicy. I think it would of been too hot for our tastes should I have used the 2 T. the recipe called for. I used 4 large chicken tenders cut into chunks. This was just the right amount for 2 people. Thanks Kate for the great recipe. This one will become a regular.

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I have to say this is absolutely delicious. While I don't like to make changes, I took other reviewers advice and cut down the sugar. I also added shrimp, fresh ginger and cilantro. I also halved the recipe as I was only cooking for 2, didn't have safflower oil so I used canola. Will make over and over again.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Loved this one! Made exactly as written. It is difficult to get my husband to eat vegetables. He only likes broccoli with melted cheese but he loved this one. This will be a regular recipe that I will make often.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2013
I made this as written. It came out perfect. Three loaves, very nice and moist. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes plus. I only gave it 3 stars because it lacked pumpkin and spice flavor. I would double it and use the whole can of pumpkin rather than 3 cups. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
As written, this recipes amounts for the ingredients are all off. I was making this as written when I realized this will not turn out. I had to add more liquid so I added a little more milk, a little more oil and some sour cream until I felt I had the right consistency of a batter. Also, I felt 2 apples were too much so I only put in 1 and 1/2 apples. I didn't have enough batter to fill it to the top so 2/3rds full plus adding the streusel topping works. For the streusel topping, I only used 1/4 cup of butter. I wasn't sure how these would turn out but with the modifications, they turned out pretty good. Great flavor. Only 2 stars because of the measurements of the ingredients were of. This recipe makes 6 jumbo muffins. I should have read the reviews first as other reviewers also said the ingredient measurements were incorrect.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2013
I gave this 4 stars only because the recipe calls for WAY too much sugar. Use only 1/4 to (at the most) 1/3 cup of sugar. Otherwise, this is an absolute delicious dish. It is a keeper, will make over and over again. My husband loved it and he usually isn't crazy about spinach or sweet dressings. I made the recipe exactly as written but removed some of the sugar. I made this again. I made the dressing as written. I forgot about this having way too much sugar. I had to throw the dressing out it was that horrible. The sugar does not dissolve and it was so sweet. Also too many sesame and poppy seeds. I remade this doing the following. I used 1/4 cup of honey to 1/2 cup of canola oil, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon poppy seeds and 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar. It was perfect in my opinion. You can also use a good store bought Asian Sesame Dressing. It goes very well with this amazing salad. After tossing spinach and strawberries together with the dressing, add the sliced almonds, and more sesame seeds for presentation. This is a very pretty dish.

Key West Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2013
I thought this was quite good. Not sensational but good. I will make it again. I doubled the marinade recipe, used chicken tenders, marinated only 1 hour, grilled it on my stove top grill pan. I don't have an outdoor grill. My husband liked it. Because of the honey, the grill pan was a little sticky and required elbow grease to clean it. I might try broiling it next time on foil for easy clean up.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: May 12, 2013
Husband loved this one and so did I. Very easy, only change I made was I used tri tip as that is what I had. Didn't add salt as it does not need any. Used beef flavor boost as I didn't have any beef bullion and put the peppers in the last hour of cooking otherwise they would be too mushy. Outstanding recipe. Thanks.

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2012
This was so easy and absolutely delicious! My husband said, this is gourmet! The combination of the mayonaise, mustard, tarragon and lemon is excellent. I also put some of the mixture inside the rollup. This would be a great dish for company. You could easily prepare this dish ahead of time and bake when you are ready to serve it. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe Monica.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
I have been making this exact sauce for years. It is very good. This makes exactly 3 loaf dishes of sauce. I use glass. Since there are only 2 in our family, I freeze 2 of the loaf dishes and have sauce on hand whenever I need it.
