Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made it for Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit with everyone else but I didn't really love it, it was decent, but then again I'm not a corn person. A certain family member who is very snobby about their food and has high expectations loved this!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Phenomenal cheesecake! Huge hit at Thanksgiving! It was gone in a jiffy. I highly suggest making with a graham crust with a hint of cinnamon!

Thick Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

These quite honestly are my new favorite cookie! The mint and chocolate are phenomenal! I highly suggest using white chocolate chips instead of dark. Very simple to make and great taste!

Graham Cracker Crust I

Best tasting pie crust I've ever made! Used the optional cinnamon, best decision ever! Cinnamon graham shell went amazingly well with a pumpkin cheesecake! Very simple and easy to make too!

Banana Cream Pie I

Very excellent recipe. Pretty simple and produces a great tasting pie. I bake mine for a mere 7 minutes and it creates a very good consistency of the pudding. Remember to use over ripened bananas (have some dark brown on edges) these are more mushy and bring out the best banana flavor!

Watergate Salad

Extremely good and very quick and simple to make. I made the night before Thanksgiving (let it cool over night) and served it up. It was amazing, don't let the green color fool you!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Amazing! Very good tasting and very beautiful and attractive. I suggest covering the bottom of your spring pan with two pieces of tin foil and placing the pan in another pan that has water in it to bake the cheesecake evenly. Also, I would suggest making more raspberry sauce then indicated in the recipe for topping when serving.

Fortune Cookies I

Very good tasting cookie and plenty crispy. Baked for 6 minuets. Had trouble spreading batter in perfect circles. I'm going to try adding 2T of water to the batter to help this as suggested by others.
