Grandmas Bogie's Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
This recipe made me look like a super star!! This was easy, and to the point. I followed the recipe to the T, except had to use Italian seasoned bread crubms(was all I had) I borrowed Amyrenee's idea about the sauce and noodles.(made an even better dinner!) Thank you for this Grandma Bogie, I will make this again and again!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
I enjoyed this soup very much. I did however use the chicken broth I made from another recipe on this site. It was very hearty and filled with flavor!!

Savory Onion Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
My husband loves this bread!! The texture is kind of cakey, but it's moist. I usually ad some other spices, garlic, and more onions and cheese to make it even more flavorful. Thank you Carol, we will be doing this one again and again!! ;)

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
Although this was good, I will make a few additions to the sauce. I already added some fresh tomatoes, and added more lemon juice. I think I will also add some cream in it next time to add more body. I will also sprinkel some parmesan cheese, I did this time and tasted yummy!

German Sweet Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
I thought this cake was a bit dense for my taste, I'm pretty sure I followed the directions to the T. I did like the flavor of the frosting, but needed to make a double recipe even for this sheet cake. I added the extra chocolate frosting to add some visual appeal as well. I must say, my sister uses this recipe every year for her husbands birthday cake and it tastes devine...so maybe with more practice I will master it as well.

Beef Potato House Pie Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
My husband said this was the bomb! I followed the recipe, except for also adding some crushed garlic, julian carrots, and one can of green beans w/out the juice to the meat mixture. I also added some smashed whole garlic to the potatoes wile they where boiling so I could mash it into them when done. Layered it just like she said and, topped it all off with shredded mozzarella cheese(it was all I had), and baked. I will make this again, thank you for this dish!

Peanut Butter Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
I loved these cookies! I like a lil more peanut taste so I did what others said and added more peanut butter, and more vanilla. They are AWESOME, nice size, chewy, and just a lil crisp around the edges. Will be making these again real soon!! ;) I rate these a 5!
