I am very finicky with my salmon flavoring so imagine my surprise when that deliciousness that is this recipe hit my tongue. Fantastic! I was looking for a lemon and dill salmon and this fit the bill 100%! Recipe is bookmarked and I will be making this one again and again!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

This is recipe is fantastic. It was my first attempt at making homemade deep fried chicken fingers and the coating was bang on. The tossing in warmed hot sauce was the finishing touch. I will always make this recipe!

Dijon Vinaigrette

I also changed the oil vinegar ratio to 3/4 cup oil & 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. I also added 2 tbsp of honey to cut the sour taste. Finally, I added a pinch of thyme looks. It turned out pretty good in the end.

Baked Ham

This is a great recipe and use it all the time. The only thing I do extra is add pineapple rings on top of the ham and cut down on the water (2 cups or so). Very flavourful!

Creamy Garlic Dressing

This recipe is really good. The first batch I made was as directed and I wasn't happy with the colour or consistency of the dressing. My second batch I made without the oil (as suggested by Cathie) and it turned out perfectly! I'll be making this on a regular basis. Many thanks!

Pizza Pasta

I really liked this recipe. The wife said she could do without the pepperoni but that kind of defeats the purpose of calling it 'Pizza Pasta'. Will definitely make this again!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Honey Garlic Ribs

I was looking for an easy honey garlic ribs recipe and I found it! I had boiled the ribs first, then put it in the oven. I had to scale down the sauce for a 1 lb portion of ribs and I made an 'oops'... Being the first time I had ever cooked with garlic, I had used half a BULB rather than the half a CLOVE that it called for. The sauce was still very good even though there turned out to be a TON of garlic in it. Highly recommended...

Potato Sausage Stuffing

This recipe is fantastic. I have had a sausage stuffing years ago and was desperately trying to find the recipe. I came across this one and tried it. FABULOUS! It tasted exactly the same! What's more, the others I had served it to (normally picky eaters) had tried it and loved it as well. I have found my Christmas stuffing! Many thanks, Carolyn!
