This is a Great Recipe! Easy and so Tasty! Would make a great Square for any occasion because everyone Loves Apple Pie! Great for the Lunch Kit too ,my Husband Loves Apple Pie and this will definately be a lunchtime favorite for him now!

Tossed Romaine and Orange Salad

Served this with the "Caribbean Pasta with Shrimp" from this site and it was a great combo! The salad served as a bit of a palette cooler in between bites of the spicy pasta dish. Will make this again for sure!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Caribbean Pasta with Shrimp

Made this for my husband and I on Valentines Day 2002.He raved that it was Delicous after each Bite! It was an easy recipe to make and we both loved it! This will be a Recipe I will make Quite often,for guests as well as the two of us!
