Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Made this dough in the bread maker. Took it out formed it to the pan, covered with a tea towel for 1 hr, Then put in a re heated oven at 400 for 10 min, Then then topped with pizza sauce spices, Italian sausage, and bacon, topped with pizza mozzarella cheese, Baked for 18 min, let stand for 10 mins..... Awesome will never have weekend take out pizza again

Baked Ziti I

Wow I was quite impressed with myself. Wanted a change from the usual lasagna, I was a little hesitant using sour cream, but sure am glad i did. The only changes i made was using penne pasta, and no ground beef but hot italian sausage.

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Everyone loved these potatoes. I didn't make enough :-) Only change is a added minced garlic, and cooked these in tin foil on the bbq

The meat turned out well, I made it the night before and sliced and slightly fried it, I followed the directions to a tee, and my sauce was as runny as water....I am not sure, but should it not be the consistency of Mayo or sour cream?

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I have been making this once a week now, It's awesome and simple. My whole picky family eats it..... If I don't have cream of potato soup I se cream of mushroom, and cream of cheddar....With the cream of cheddar soup you don't need to add more then 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.....Recently I have not used ham, but bacon.....
