These flapjacks are amazing! I used golden syrup instead since corn syrup isn't sold in the UK. I also skipped the raisins, flaked coconut and sunflower seeds in favour of milk chocolate and white chocolate chips. It's a really simple recipe that makes moist, chewy flapjacks with all the peanut-butter flavour everyone loves.
