Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
These are awesome! I changed it up just a tad, I added a little cinnamon & unsweeted cocoa (had seen another recipe that used a lot of cocoa and didn't think it was a bad idea!), replaced the pecans with almonds since that's what I had on hand & left out the chocolate chips since I was out, but otherwise left the recipe as written. SOOO good. I don't think the chocolate chips/pecans would change it any and I'll have try it that way next time. My husband and I ate way too many the first night I made them and my three year old specifically said "these are delicious cookies you made mommy!". Definitely a keeper -- super easy and super yummy!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2011
It was really just "okay". It certainly wasn't bad, but with all of the yummy ingredients it calls for, I was expecting it to be awesome. I doubt I'll make it again.

Easy Pumpkin Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Awesome! My 15 month old devoured it --- anything that can cause that reaction and still provide vitamins gets a thumbs up from me! I even cut down on everything because I only had a 15oz can of pumpkin on hand. Still yummy :)

Lemon Thyme Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Very good. I used chicken breast instead of tenders though and ran into the issue of one of the breasts being too thick. It was a bit dry but that was my own fault. The recipe was great! Will definitely use it again!
