Red, White, and Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

This was awesome! I did make a couple changes.. I didn't have time to get phyllo dough, so I used a graham cracker crust which was delicious, and I accidentally added 2 cups fresh blueberries into the mix itself.. I was very worried that it would come out bad and not sweet enough, but it was delicious!

Sugar Cookie Icing

This was good, but the milk and corn syrup was off. I had to add several more teaspoons of milk and corn syrup to be able to use it.. but it's pretty easy to do.. I used this on sugar cookies that I was making for Chanukah so I needed to make it white and blue.. I used clear vanilla extract that I found at wal-mart so that the color wouldn't affect the white.. It looks nice and tastes good when it dries. Good recipe with some modifications, and it's a good base to add whatever extract you like!

Apple Crisp II

This is delicious! I doubled the crisp part and put under and over the apples and I soaked the apples in the sugar, flour and cinnamon as suggested. Delicious! I added a little nutmeg to the apple mixture. I didn't use baking apples so I didn't add the water but the mixture came out really juicy. This was reallly good!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

This is delicious! I used half of the recipe to do a two layer chocolate cake. I did use a little more milk. I made this with the Black Magic Cake. It was an awesome combination! The cake tastes better if you let it sit overnight! Amazing!!!

Black Magic Cake

This was AMAZING! I followed the recipe exactly as written, and the results were delicious! Just a note- I put wax paper on the bottom of the two 9 in. pans, but I didn't spray under the wax paper. This made part of the cake rip off. So if you use wax paper, make sure to spray underneath! I used this with Rich Chocolate Frosting (1/2 of that recipe). Amazing!

Blueberry Coffee Cake

Very good! I doubled it and added almost 8 oz. cream cheese, which I creamed with the eggs, sugar, and butter. I also used brown sugar in the topping, which I used 4x the amount called for. I added 1 tsp. of vanilla extract to the doubled recipe. Delicious!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is very good! I added the half cup of sour cream, another cream cheese, and a cup of pumpkin like other suggested. I also made my own graham cracker crust from a recipe on this site. It's not too heavy, and the pumpkin flavor isn't overpowering at all.. Delicious!

Strawberries and Cream Cake

I made this for my Church (I will post pics).. It came out beautiful! I didn't taste it, but people loved it there, and it gives a simple but beautiful presentation. I was worried about some of the reviews of it being rubbery and someone said that it made small layers. I sifted my flour and baking powder together, and like suggested, I halved the cream cheese icing just to decorate a bit and it was still too much. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. It was wonderful! Thank you!!

Graham Cracker Crust

This recipe is very good! Unless you like the crust really thick, there will be some left over.. The second time I did this, I decided to only do a cup of crushed graham cracker and accidently added the same amount of everything else, but it was still very good! I made it with the double layer pumpkin cheesecake recipe on this site.. Delicious!

Whole Grain Waffles

This was very good! I make my dad and brothers a waffle and put ice cream and whipped cream on top.. It was good and healthy! (Well, healthier than the store bought ones). I used olive oil instead of canola oil, I used butter instead of applesauce, and I didn't have enough wheat germ or any flax seed meal so I used ground oatmeal for the rest and a little more sugar. Very good!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This recipe is delicious! I do all butter, about double the cinnamon. I also do it with cranberries, (I use the dried, sweetened ones) and depending on the ones you get, you might want to add a little more sugar. I soak the raisins or cranberries for 10 minutes in warm water before putting them in the mixture. As a fundraiser for my church we sell baked goods and I make these every week and people love them! If you like cranberries, they are amazing with them! I haven't tried blueberries or any other berry in them, but I'm sure that would be delicious too! Thank you for this recipe!!

Banana Cake VI

This cake is amazing! My family was skeptical at first but after tasting it they went back for more and more! I used milk and 1.5 TBSP of vinegar instead of the buttermilk. I did cut down to about 2 1/2 cups of sugar in the icing and it tasted just right. I am going to try this recipe with a different fruit and hopefully it will be just as moist and delicious! Awesome recipe!!

Best Brownies

This is a delicious brownie recipe! I doubled it and baked it for thirty minutes in a 9x13 inch pan. I melted the topping, and used half the amount of sugar like suggested, and mixed it with a wooden spoon. It didn't come out too cakey or too hard. It's not horrible sweet, and the topping isn't too heavy. I found my new brownie recipe! Amazing and very easy to make! Thank you!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I go to a Messianic Jewish congregation and for Chanukah I made jewish stars out of this.. I used 3 cups of sugar, I rolled it to a 1/4 inch thickness. Because we sell these as a fundraiser they have to be the same size, so I get 4 chopsticks, and I put the thick end and thin end of 2 together at whatever distance I want to roll them to, and tape them to whatever I am rolling on. I also used powdered sugar to roll them with instead of flour. Everyone said they were delicious! They aren't disgustingly sweet, they are just right!

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

This cake is amazing! It doesn't take long to put together compared to some of the other flourless cakes, but tastes so good! I made this for some people with gluten allergies at my brother's party, and everyone started to eat this one instead of the regular cake. It tastes fudgy and goes amazing with whipped cream and strawberries. One suggestion though- use waxed paper of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan because it stuck really bad when I tried to get it out.. Other than that.. AWESOME!
