I tried this recipe because I wanted to find a roll out cookie that actually tasted good. I followed the recipe exactly and allowed the dough to chill overnight. When I went to roll the dough it started to crumble. I tried kneading it but that only made the dough stick. After a few failed attempts I decided just to roll the whole thing into a log and slice into round cookies. The first batch tasted like dough. I added sugar to the top of the second batch and that helped a little with the taste but the cookies were very cake like and soft. I will stick to my tried and true cookie dough that rolls and cuts well and try to improve on the taste somehow. Good luck!
