WOW!! I can't tell you how wonderful my family thought this was! Smelled strange when cooking the apples, but tasted like restaurant quality food! All 5 of us went back for 2nds! Making it again tonight and we just had it last Monday! Bravo!!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Never before has my husband raved about a burger like he did this one! It has such an amazing flavor. Very different than anything we've ever eaten. Moist would be an understatement! I just said to him that I had a roast I could cook for dinner and he said, yeah, but you also have ground meat...hint, hint..... I'm making them again now! Try it!

Bread Pudding I

Long over due review. I made this on a very cool fall Saturday morning. I am always the first one up in the house so I made it out of boredom. Thank God for bordom! Within an hour the whole house was awake and ready to eat! I followed the exact recipe and would not change a thing! Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful dish!

Mozzarella Chicken

Wow. Didn't expect a meal that was so flavorful! I used shredded cheddar because I had it on hand. They looked great even before I cooked them. Love the smell of them as they were cooking. I used Chardonnay, which worked wonderfully. This chicken was moist, filling and oh so delish!! I have printed this one and added it to my favorites! Thanks you for sharing!!!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

Followed this as is but next time I will add some of the sauce to the inside of the enchilada. These were so good I made more the next day and froze them. Everyone loved them!!!

Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Very tasty! I made it on a whim tonight. I added a few dashes of onion flakes and garlic powder. It was a nice consistency and my husband and 2 teen boys all went back for 2nds! I'm going to keep this one handy!
