Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Reviewed: May 11, 2014
My son says, 'Mom? This smells like Heaven!' I ran out of corn starch and substituted tapioca. It's a little chunky but otherwise nice and thick. Enjoy!

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
I make this for breakfast and my son LOVES it! I put nutella in his and 'marron' French chestnut spread in mine. There is always enough to heat up for the next day. Simple, quick, and delicious way to start the day. And my boy brags about how his mother cooks crepes!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
Thank you! I had a busy night at work last night. Now with the crock pot full, I can go and sleep until my son gets back from his weekend with his father. : )))

Kohlrabi Slaw

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
This was excellent! I had a kohlrabi from the organic produce box from the school. I went from having never cooked with it, to using this recipe first-time as I hosted Easter! Everyone in the family loved it! The carrots add a nice pop of color--it has a very nice presentation, as well as tasting good, this slaw.

French-Canadian Gorton Pork Spread

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
Thank you! My grandmother made this each Christmas Eve. We would tease each other that the only 'real' French-Canadiens in the family would eat it. Delicious on white bread fresh from the bakery or bread-maker with gulden's brown mustard. I couldn't even spell this, but I found what I was looking for and am going to make it Christmas Eve.
