Baby Back Ribs

Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I will never make ribs another way! Gone are the days of scrubbing & scraping off burnt BBQ sauce off the pan. I have made these several times and got the best results by using a rub prior to applying the BBQ sauce for overnight marinating.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Delish! It even reheats well, and doesn't get separated & funky like Alfredo. I added some roasted peppers for some variation & color.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Thought these were a great little appetizer. I served them for New Years. I may have needed to adjust the temp a little, because the bottoms seemed to burn quickly. I had some of the spread leftover and used it on turkey sandwiches the next day. A nice change from plain old mayo.

Penne and Vodka Sauce

This was tasty! I didn't have pancetta on hand, so I used bacon. I accidently added the vodka before cooking the bacon, but it turned out great. Also I used a can of the diced tomatoes with garlic, basil & olive oil, for a chunkier version. Great stuff.
