Traditional Reuben Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2015
Awesome and easy. The store was out of sliced corn beef, so I used canned. I also used the bavarian sauerkraut because it has a great punch of flavor. We have already shared this recipe several times and everyone loves it! Thanks!!!

Watermelon Lemonade

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
Wonderful!!!! Even the people that thought it didn't sound good LOVED it! Instead of making the syrup I deseeded & then pureed the watermellon, then added it straight. Checking the sweetness of the watermellon is a must. If it sets overnight you need to remember to stir because it will seperate. We also tried this with fresh peaches and that was a great twist too!

Scotch Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2013
Everyone loved these served on lettuce and fresh tomato. I even caught my hubby and 2 kids eating the leftover scotch eggs cold the next morning. Followed other reviews and baked instead of fried. I did use more boiled eggs than it called for, but other than those two changes I kept the recipe the same.

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
A do again and again! There was not one single complaint in this family of 4. Recipe made exactly 6 large peppers. The only things I did different from the recipe was... 1.)Blanched the peppers for 3 minutes. Next time I will blanch 4 minutes. 2) Added diced mushrooms and red onion. I had some that needed to be used up but this recipe would be great without them too.

Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2012
If I could give this 10 stars I would! This is a perfect base recipe. We mix up many batches by mixing and storing the dry ingredients in quart ziplocks for a quick fix (just write the additions and baking time on the bag). Every addition anyone has thought to try has worked great. We most often just toss frozen berries in and they work really well.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2012
I would give this a 10 if possible! Used 2lbs of drummies and all other ingredients except the oil. Added salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to flour. Baked @400* for 20 minutes then turned and baked for 15 minutes. After that I brushed on the liquid & baked for 5, turned, brushed and repeated until all sideds were coated. Turned out crispy and the flavor was great! Everyone that sampled thise rated them a do again. Thanks!!
