My original post was written right after I made these but, now a few days later let me just say that these are DELICIOUS! Rewarmed in the microwave, these little crisps are like heaven! They are beyond addicting, especially at just over 100 calories per cup :) Highly recommended!!
This is delicious! Just like little apple pies. The next time, I would leave the oats out as they didnt add anything to the recipe. I only used 1 cup of butter and mixed the crumbs by hand. I actually softened the butter in the microwave, this helped the crumbs to form better (or so I thought.) These are a great low calorie filling dessert!
