Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
HUGE SUCCESS!!! HUBBY IS STILL ASKING FOR THEM! One note I would add is be sure to cook them all the way. The cooking time listed in the recipe wasnt enough for my oven so I had to cook them a little longer and then wait for them cool before you try and cut them!

super easy....yummy. Mine weren't as dark as the picture but still flew off the wax paper as soon as they were dry!

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
Very easy! Very good, moist and juicy! I used saltine crackers (just because I had those on hand) and this dish looked great. I cooked mine a little longer just to get the "crust" browner but a new family staple. :) thanks for posting!

Chicken Pot Pie III

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
So easy! I didn't have pie crust like I thought I did, so I improvised. I used a baking mix and made biscuits and put them on top of the soup/chicken mixture. I also added cream of chicken soup and omitted the thyme (couldn't find that either!) It had rave reviews! Will definitely make again!

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
My only complaint...and I mean my only was the peeling. I prefer the peeling on (more fiber) but the peels in the slow cooker were still a little firmer than i would normally like, but other than that it was great! I even cut up another stick of butter to put on top before I let the crust brown on top. I omitted the nutmeg (I was out), but other than that I made it true to recipe. I did double it and put what didn't fit in my slow cooker into a 8x8 casserole dish. It wasnt nearly as good as the slow cooker one, but still good. Great great recipe. Will definitely make again!
