Potato Sausage Stuffing

This was fantastic! I did however add about 1/2c chicken stock to the bread/sausage mixture. My family prefers a moist dressing. Will absolutely make again.

Caramel Popcorn

Lemon Curd

Smooth with just the right amount of lemon. I did only add 3/4c of sugar as I like tartness over sweetness. This lemon curd turned out great. I will me making this again.

Fast Chicken Soup Base

this was fantastic. I used chicken thighs with skin on. Boiled it in the broth until cooked. Other wise followed recipe exactly.

The dough was absolutely lovely to work with and it had great flavour. The filling however did need a little help. I added some swiss cheese, garlic and Worcestershire Sauce which turned out pretty good. I have also tied the dough with a pulled pork filling was quite happy with how it turned out. I also used the left over dough to create apple cinnamon baked pies which turned out great.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Good on it's own but I felt it could use some Kalamata olives and some capers. I will make this again. Simple and fast.
