Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2003
excellent stuff... though initially i was quite apprehensive about trying something with honey.. it turned out fantastic... everyone liked it :) i made a few changes in the recipe though... marinated the chicken with a bit of salt, ginger and garlic paste for about 2 hours... lightly washed the marinate off.. coat with flour and fry.I also sprinkled toasted seasame seed on top for presentation and taste! I also stir fried the chicken in the sauce under low fire for the honey to caramelise and coat the chicken better.....yummy.... I'm gonna make them again soon :)~~~~

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2003
this is the second time I'm making the brownies and they are still so excellent. It is idiot proof and I will recommend it to anybody for the ease and convenience of this recipe. I always double the recipe.. otherwise its just not enough. I've tried it two ways, once with butter (came out fudgey) and the other with 1/2 prune puree (8 ounces pitted prumes + 6 tbsp hot water in food processor) + 1/2 butter and it had a dense cake like consistency. either way it was THE BEST!!!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: May 8, 2002
Well, I'm from singapore and putting together this dish set me back by at least US$12 which i think is a lot of money for a lasanga. I made some changes like using fresh tomatoes instead of canned ones, adding some diced celery n a lot more pepper. This is dish is good, very good but it is not excellent. I'd possibly continue using this for the lack of a better one.
