Kung Pao Chicken

this was good if you just wanted a spicy sweet chicken instead of Kung Pao, at least what the restaurants here make. I pretty much doubled all the ingredients for the sauce because it wasn't much of a sauce and I was making rice with it. I also used tofu with the chicken. I used Shaoxing vinegar instead of the white wine because I thought that might impart a bit more Asian taste. I will make it again when I want something different with my chicken but will be looking for a true Kung Pao chicken recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I have made this a few times. To prevent any foreseen allergies with the nuts, I grate semi sweet chocolate and roll the ball in that instead and it is quite tasty. It is so easy and reminds me a of a richer, creamier dirt cake filling.
