I ADORE you for this recipe! I am a huge fan of seafood and had crab bisque at a restaruant a few months ago and have been obsessed with it since! I happened across your recipe and it's almost a duplicate (I think they had a tad more flour to make their's more like a bisque) but other than the difference in consistency, this recipe matches theirs to perfection! and I use just as much Old Bay as you do and I love it. I think it's too strong for most because its a bit on the spicy side and its a strong flavor, both of which I am a HUGE fan of! Thank you soooo very much for this!
