Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
Very good recipe. I followed exactly as stated but did add a bit more peanut butter to really bring out the flavor. Since they are so sweet, instead of icing, I topped with a shot of whipped cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with some chopped peanuts. Beautiful!

Oyster Stuffing

This is very close to my grandmother's recipe, except I boil the turkey/chicken neck and gizzards and use that as part of the liquid added to stuffing. I also shred the meat off the neck and add that for extra flavor.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

In just reading this recipe, it should show the top ingredients to be frosting and to put aside. Knowing some cooks (like my kids) who just mix everything together unless told otherwise!!! Just a suggestion....

Christmas Brunch Casserole

Maybe just omitted, but I would drain off most of the fat after browning 1 pound of bacon. Otherwise, really greasy. Delicious

Cosmopolitan

For extra flavor, cut lime in half and crush it with ice, (muddle) the remove rind, squeezing out all the juice. Add rest of the ingredients and shake really well. The colder the better. Rub rim of glass with lime. Put sugar on small plate then place glass rim side down and coat with the sugar. Awesome!
