Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

I made this twice. Once with a pork butt roast and once with a leaner pork roast. I would definitely recommend sticking with the pork butt, the other meat was too dry, though the flavor of both was superb.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

This cheesecake was really smooth! However, I used 1/3 cup of Irish Cream and that still didn't seem to be enough. May try 1/2 cup next time. This dessert was really enjoyed by all.
