Persimmon Cake
Came out great! I used a well-greased and floured Bundt pan. I added chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and allspice. Cooked it about 10 minutes longer because the toothpick came out wet. Dark and moist. Super delish!

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
I used only one can of black eyed peas. Added 1 pkg Spicy sausage-sliced, and 1 can of mushrooms. Everyboddy loves it.

Best Carrot Cake Ever
Awesome! Followed the recipe exactly. Did not change a thing. Did not drain the liquid off the carrots as others suggested. Why on earth would you do that?! I made two dozen cupcakes and one square 9 inch cake out of this recipe. Very moist, very delicious cake.
