Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich

Excellent!! Why or why do people write that the recipe was wonderful than give it three or four stars because they don't have the type of cheese called for in recipe. If the recipe is pleasing, please don't give it less stars just because you don't have all the ingredients.

Sheryl's Baked Potatoes

This is a great recipe. A simple way to cut the potatoes--I purchased 1/4 inch wooden dowls from Hardware Store, place on each side of potato and voila...does not dull knife like metal skewers. I also use dowls or larger sizes for rolling out shortbread and various pastries , etc. Don't forget to soak sliced potatoes in ice water to fan the potatoes after slicing.

Coconut Cream Pie

I used this recipe and found it delish...I cook it in a glass bowl in the microwave. Just stir it a few times while cooking. I also add some artificial coconut flavouring for extra flavour. Everyone I serve this to gets rave reviews....

Crispy Baked Chicken

I made this but instead of drizzling with butter I melted half the amount reccomended and added to dry mixture. Nice and crunchy but less butter and easy !!!

I just tried this recipe. It's delicious but would cut back on the salt. Found it a tad too salty. My husband is diabetic so used 2/3 cups of Splenda and thickened up nice. I did the taste test and added a bit more vinegar. I prefer a sweet and sour taste. Don't know why people are having trouble with the sauce. Follow the instructions and it comes out nice and thick.
